At Kiddil LLC ("Kiddil", "we", "us"), your family's privacy matters deeply to us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Our store runs on Shopify, which helps us operate the website and process orders securely.
What we collect
- Contact & order details — your name, email, phone number, and shipping address.
- Payment information — handled securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
- Personalisation details — your child's first name, age, and any photo you choose to upload to create the book.
- Account & usage data — your account preferences and basic information about how you use the site (via cookies and similar technologies) to keep it working and improve it.
Your child's photo & details
This is the part we treat most carefully. Any photo or detail you upload is encrypted, used only to create your personalised book, never sold, and never used to train AI models. It is accessible only to fulfil your order, and we purge uploaded photos once your order has been completed. You can ask us to delete your uploaded content at any time.
How we use your information
We use your information to create and deliver your order, provide customer support, manage your account, meet our legal obligations, and — only with your consent — send you occasional updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed with:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes data on our behalf;
- our payment provider, to process your payment securely;
- our printing and delivery partners, to produce and deliver your book within Egypt; and
- authorities or advisors where required by law.

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep your cart working, and understand how the store is used so we can improve it. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Children's data
Our store is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. We only process a child's first name, age, or photo when you, as their parent or guardian, provide it to create a book.
Keeping & protecting your information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it — to fulfil your order, support you, and meet legal obligations — and then delete or anonymise it. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing. Just email kiddilllc@gmail.com and we will help.
International processing
Some of our providers (such as Shopify and our payment provider) may store or process information on servers outside Egypt. Where that happens, we rely on providers who protect your information to a recognised standard.
