How long does delivery take?

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and delivered anywhere in Egypt within 1–5 business days in total. Cairo and Giza usually arrive fastest.

How much is delivery?

Free on orders of EGP 1,500 and above. Below that, a flat EGP 95 tracked delivery anywhere in Egypt.

Are your toys original?

Yes — we sell original toys, puzzles and games only, and we check every box, seal and age label before shipping.

How do I pay?

Securely online at checkout — cards, wallets and installment options as offered. We never see or store your card details.

Can I return a toy?

Yes — 14 days for unused, unopened items in original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, report it within 14 days and we arrange a free pickup with a replacement or full refund.

How do I choose the right toy for my child's age?

Every product page shows the manufacturer's recommended age, and our collections are organised by age (0–12 months, 1–2, 3–5, 6–8 and 9–12 years). Toys for older children can contain small parts that are a choking hazard for children under 3.

How do I track my order?

We send a confirmation when your order ships. Message us on WhatsApp at 0103 560 7261 any time for a live update — a real person replies, usually within the hour.

Where do you deliver?

Every governorate in Egypt — from Cairo and Alexandria to Upper Egypt and the coasts. We don't currently ship outside Egypt.

Do you gift-wrap?

Message us on WhatsApp when you order and we'll do our best to help with gifting requests.
