What does Kiddil sell?
Educational toys and children's books for ages 0 to 12: wooden and Montessori toys, puzzles, logic and family games, building blocks, science kits, and books in Arabic, English and bilingual editions.
Do you still make personalised storybooks?
No. Kiddil began with personalised storybooks in 2026; since August 2026 we sell toys and children's books only.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and delivered anywhere in Egypt within 1–5 business days in total. Cairo and Giza usually arrive fastest.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders of EGP 1,500 and above. Below that, a flat EGP 79 tracked delivery anywhere in Egypt.
Are your toys new?
Yes — every toy, puzzle and game is new, and we check every box, seal and age label before shipping.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery, or securely online at checkout by card or wallet (instalments where offered). We never see or store your card details.
Can I return a toy?
Yes — 14 days for unused, unopened items in original packaging. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, report it within 14 days and we arrange a free pickup with a replacement or full refund.
How do I choose the right toy for my child's age?
Every product page shows the manufacturer's recommended age, and our collections are organised by age (0–12 months, 1–2, 3–5, 6–8 and 9–12 years). Toys for older children can contain small parts that are a choking hazard for children under 3.
How do I track my order?
We send a confirmation when your order ships. Message us on WhatsApp at 0103 560 7261 any time for a live update — a real person replies, usually within the hour.
Where do you deliver?
Every governorate in Egypt — from Cairo and Alexandria to Upper Egypt and the coasts. We don't currently ship outside Egypt.
Do you gift-wrap?
Message us on WhatsApp when you order and we'll do our best to help with gifting requests.
Do you sell Arabic children's books?
Yes: board books, sound books, pop-up and lift-the-flap books, activity books and stories of the prophets, in Arabic, English and bilingual editions. See children's books.
Is there a price list?
Yes. Every toy and book is on one page with its age and current price: the Kiddil price list.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
Kiddil is an online shop, and we deliver to every governorate in Egypt. There's no pickup point at the moment.
