Getting started

What is Kiddil?

Kiddil makes personalised children's storybooks in which your child becomes the hero of their own illustrated adventure. Every book is created just for them and available as a digital eBook, a printed hardcover, or both.

How does personalisation work?

You give us your child's first name, their age, and one clear photo. Our AI re-draws them as a warm, friendly storybook character and weaves the story around them — so it's unmistakably their book.

What do I need to make a book?

Just a first name, an age, and one good photo (face clearly visible, no sunglasses). That's the whole setup, and it takes only a few minutes.

Can I create a completely custom story?

Yes. With Design Your Own Story you choose the world, the characters, the mood, and the little lesson you'd like — and we write and illustrate a one-of-a-kind book around your child.

Formats & delivery

What formats can I choose?

Every story is available as a digital eBook, a printed hardcover keepsake, or both together.

How quickly will I get my book?

Your personalised digital eBook is ready instantly — sent to your email and your account to read or download. Printed hardcovers are made to order and delivered across Egypt within 1–5 business days.

Do you ship outside Egypt?

Not at the moment — we currently deliver within Egypt only. If you'd like a book sent elsewhere, email kiddilllc@gmail.com and we'll let you know if we can help.

How much does delivery cost?

Digital books are always free. Hardcover delivery is free on orders over EGP 1,500; below that, a delivery fee is calculated and shown at checkout based on your address.

Photos & privacy

Is my child's photo safe?

Completely. Photos are encrypted, used only to create your book, never sold, and never used to train AI models. We purge uploaded photos once your order is complete, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

Will the character really look like my child?

We capture the details that make them them — their hair, their smile, their spark — and re-draw them as a storybook character that fits the art of the story. It's a hand-drawn look, never a filter pasted onto a photo.

Payment & returns

How do I pay?

You can pay securely at checkout. The available payment methods are shown on the checkout page, and prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

Can I return or exchange my book?

Because personalised books are made specifically for your child, they can't be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. Ready-made, non-personalised stories can be returned within 14 days in their original condition. See our Refund & Returns Policy for the details.

What if my book arrives damaged or wrong?

We'll put it right. Email kiddilllc@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a free remake or a full refund.

What if I made a typo in the name?

Please double-check every detail before checkout — we can't refund or reprint for mistakes in the information you provided. If the error was ours, we'll reprint your book free of charge.
