- The items you ordered — to pack and support them
- WhatsApp messages you send us — so we can actually help
Used only for
- Preparing, delivering and supporting your orders
- Order updates — confirmation, delivery, support
- News about new toys — only if you join the list, unsubscribe any time
The fine print
Cookies
Only the cookies the store needs to work (like keeping items in your cart) plus basic, anonymised analytics to see which pages help you most. No advertising trackers are placed without your consent.
Your rights
Ask us any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Message hello@kiddil.com or WhatsApp 0103 560 7261 — we take care of it within 30 days.
How long we keep data
Order records are kept as required for accounting and warranty support; everything else is deleted when it’s no longer needed — or as soon as you ask.
