Prices & payment

• All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT where applicable.
• Payment is completed securely online at checkout via our payment provider — cards, wallets and installment options as offered.
• Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch; if that ever affects your order, we contact you first and you may cancel for a full refund.

Age recommendations & safety

Every product page shows the manufacturer’s recommended age — it matters. Please follow the age guidance on the box, and always supervise play for the youngest children.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) where stock has run out or delivery to the address is not possible. Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping and Returns policies.

Our content

The Kiddil name, logo, site design, photography and text are the property of Kiddil LLC or their respective owners and may not be copied for commercial use. Product names and artwork belong to their respective manufacturers and are shown to describe the genuine products we sell.

Liability & governing law

Nothing in these terms removes your rights under Egyptian consumer-protection law. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes are settled by the courts of Cairo.
