Return any unused, unopened item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return delivery is paid by you.

What can come back
Happily accepted
- Unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery
- Original packaging with all seals intact
- Anything that arrived damaged, faulty or wrong — always
Can’t take back
- Opened card decks, puzzles and games with unsealed components — for hygiene we can’t resell them
- Items damaged by use, or returned without their original packaging
