Loved, or it's free. If the first read doesn't bring a smile, we'll remake your book or refund you.

Personalised items

As books are made just for your child, we can't accept change-of-mind returns once production has begun. But if there's a print defect, error on our part, or quality issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free remake or full refund.

Digital editions

If a digital book doesn't generate correctly, we'll fix it or refund it.
