2. Dispatch confirmation

Within 1–2 business days your toys are checked, packed and handed to the courier — we confirm the moment they ship.

3. Live updates on WhatsApp

Message 0103 560 7261 with your order number any time — a real person replies with your parcel's status, usually within the hour during business hours.

Running late?

Total delivery time is 1–5 business days anywhere in Egypt. If your parcel is late or arrives damaged, tell us on WhatsApp and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice. See Returns & Refunds.
