This page explains how your Kiddil order reaches you. Because every book is personalised and made to order, here is exactly what to expect.

Where we ship

We currently deliver within Egypt only. If you would like a Kiddil book delivered elsewhere, email us at kiddilllc@gmail.com and we will let you know if we can help.

Digital eBooks

Personalised digital eBooks are delivered instantly. As soon as your book has been generated, it is sent to your email and made available in your account to read or download. There are no shipping charges on digital editions.

Printed hardcover books

Each hardcover is personalised and printed just for your child after you order, then delivered anywhere in Egypt. Orders typically arrive within 1–5 business days — this covers both making your book and delivering it to your door.

These are estimates and not guarantees; delivery may take a little longer during busy periods or because of courier delays. If anything affects your order, we will let you know.

Shipping cost & tracking

Delivery is free on orders over EGP 1,500. For orders below that, a delivery fee is calculated and shown at checkout based on your address. Once your book ships, we will email you a tracking link where available. Please make sure your address and contact details are correct at checkout — we cannot be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.
