Orders & personalised products

Because each book is personalised and made to order, production begins shortly after purchase. Personalised items can't be cancelled once production starts, except where faulty — see our Refund Policy.

Your content & AI

You confirm you have the right to use any name and photo you upload. Illustrations are generated with AI assistance and reviewed for quality; the finished book is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

Acceptable use

No uploading content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kiddil LLC's liability is limited to the value of your order.
