About this book
The classic in brief: a carrot grows so big that one person cannot pull it up, so helpers join in one by one, and only when even the smallest pulls too does the carrot finally come out. The repetition makes it a favourite with toddlers — they join in the “pull, pull!” — and the lesson about teamwork lands without a word of explanation.
