Colour Order Puzzle — Slide and Swap to Solve

A puzzle about order. Each challenge sets a colour pattern to reach, and your child slides and swaps the coloured pieces until they match it. The extra layer is efficiency: the same solution can take many moves or few, and trying to do it in fewer is where the thinking happens.

How you play

1. Look at the colour pattern the challenge is asking for.
2. Compare it with how the pieces are arranged now.
3. Slide or swap a piece and see how much closer that got you.
4. Carry on until the order matches the target.
5. Try the same challenge again and see whether you can do it in fewer moves.
