Colours and Shapes Toys
The first sorting a child ever does. Matching by colour, then by shape, then by both at once — and then noticing the pattern underneath, which is the beginning of maths.
These are the toys where naming happens naturally, in the middle of doing something, rather than as a quiz.

Toys for colours and shapes
Sorting by colour, then by shape, then by both at once is the first sorting a child ever does, and noticing the pattern underneath is the beginning of maths. Name the colour and shape out loud as your child plays, in the middle of doing something rather than as a quiz.
