Frog Launcher Tree Game — Land Them on the Branches

A tree on a stand and a launcher for each player, loaded with small coloured frogs. You press the launcher to fling a frog into the air and try to land it on a branch. First to fill the tree with their colour wins.

How you play

1. Each player takes a launcher and the frogs in their colour.
2. Sit a frog on the launcher.
3. Press to fling it towards the tree.
4. Land frogs on the branches — a miss simply gets picked up and tried again.
5. The first player to fill their share of the branches wins.

What it builds

• Force control — a light press falls short, a hard one flies over
• Aim at a target that is above rather than in front
• Repeated trying, which this game makes cheap and quick
• Turn taking in a group that all want to go at once

Three ways to play it

• Move the tree further away as everyone improves
• Play cooperatively to fill the whole tree together
• Give the highest branch double value
