How you play
- Give a racket to each player and stand a few steps apart.
- Start with the shuttlecock — it flies slower and is easier to hit.
- Hit it gently back and forth and count how many returns you manage.
- Swap to the ball once the rally holds.
- Move further apart as it gets easier.
